MindsZone

MindsZone is a youth-led psychology initiative focused on promoting mental health, wellbeing, inclusion and intercultural connection among young people. We use psychology-informed non-formal education, peer support, workshops and digital resources to create accessible spaces where young people can discuss mental health, identity, relationships, social connection and cultural adjustment.

Our interests include youth mental health and wellbeing, social inclusion, intercultural learning, digital wellbeing, identity, belonging, prejudice and social connection. We are particularly interested in working with young people from diverse cultural and international backgrounds, including students, migrants and young people experiencing loneliness or difficulties adapting to new environments.

MindsZone is interested in participating in Erasmus+ Youth Exchanges, Training Courses, Youth Participation projects and European Solidarity Corps activities. We are open to developing partnerships with youth organisations across Europe and contributing through workshops, psychology-informed activities, peer-learning, dissemination and digital educational resources.

Our aim is to connect psychology with youth work and create practical, accessible initiatives that support young people's wellbeing, participation and sense of belonging.
