MEV Koleji Özel Güzelbahçe Anadolu ve Fen Lisesi
were established in 1991 by the National Education Foundation (Millî Eğitim Vakfı) with the aim of setting a quality and exemplary standard for private schools in Turkey through a contemporary approach to education. The school’s mission is to raise enlightened generations for our country by following and internalizing scientific and technological developments, and by utilizing a strong academic staff. It also aims to serve as a balancing factor in private school tuition fees.
MEV College began its educational journey in 1991 as a private high school within the İzmir Private Schools structure. In 1995, it expanded with the addition of MEV Private İzmir Primary School and Science High School. Today, MEV College Private Güzelbahçe Schools comprise Preschool, Primary School, Middle School, Anatolian High School, and Science High School, with a total student capacity of 2155.
Our school has taken part in numerous national and international projects and continues to do so. These include Erasmus+, Blue School, TÜBİTAK, Young Reporters for the Environment, and development programs such as Vitanova School-Life, MEV Scholege, and GLeX.
We also offer enriching academic and language programs like the SAT Exam, Advanced Placement (AP), English Mastery Club (Speaking Club), UNESCO ASPnet, and the Cambridge International Program.
MEV College aims to raise its students as individuals who are guided by Atatürk’s principles and reforms, who believe in modern and scientific thinking, are integrated with the world, proficient in foreign languages, and devoted to their country, nation, and national values.
At MEV College, based on the belief that the foundations of all life skills are laid during the preschool and primary school years, we implement a comprehensive educational program that not only provides students with academic knowledge and skills but also responds to their physical, mental, and emotional interests and needs.
