Main activities: research, consultancy, training
Metàlogos, research, consultancy and training cooperative, develops, organizes and manages training courses for social cooperatives and for public organizations: ULSS, mountain communities, municipalities, foundations, prisons. For them Metàlogos makes also consulting activity. Every year it does more or less 1 or 2 researches in psychological and social fields. Founded in 2000, since 2005 also pursues the same tasks for manufacturing Small- Medium Enteprises.
Metàlogos, with Executive Decree Number. 854 of August 8, 2003, is authorized by Veneto region as a Training Organisation as regards both continuing training and high training;
In the Education field also uses innovative methodologies such as methodology OMT ® Outdoor Management Training for the development of group skills and managerial capacities.
In Research Area has established consolidated relationships with various universities in Triveneto, particularly with the University of Padova and of Trento.

Main research
2003-2005: Researches "Arca di Noè" is about a survey and a georeferenced mapping on the condition of old people who live in mountains, in the territory of Belluno.
2005: ESF C1 Project Management "Diversity Learning"; The project, carried out with a large and qualified partnership, has the aim to define guidelines and strategies to turn diversity into opportunities for companies.
2006-2007: ESF C4 Project management for "the laundry operator" oriented to people in social difficulty. It was set at the Casa Circondariale di Belluno;
2007: Research welcomed by Conference AIRIPA 2007 entitled "Assignment and self-efficacy in adults. Comparison between different occupational categories ";
2008: Research financed by Foncoop: "Investigation of workers engaged in services dedicated to people." The research has surveyed 240 workers: many of them are engaged in services for old peolple in structure and in their home. The results were presented at AIRIPA Conference in Piacenza on 17th and 18th October, 2008.
In 2009 project: 2169/1/1/2008/2341 "DEVELOPMENT of SYNERGIES and PRACTICES in TERRITORIAL NETWORK of SOCIAL- WORKING INCLUSION OF PROVINCIA DI BELLUNO". Cohesion project.
In 2010-11 research project on ESF skills certification/2169 1/1/1758/2009, project title: "innovative Methodology of recognition and certification of skills in social sector”
Project 2010/2169 1/1/2299/2009 titled "Innovacoop", which aims to improve both workers abilities and enterprises, in social cooperation sector, capacities, and to promote, enhance and spread culture and innovation research for competitiveness in order to make the cooperatives more appropriate in capacity for answering to market, and more innovative in the territory.

In 2010 1/2169/1565/1/2010 "the Laundry and Bread- making operators" oriented to disadvantaged detainees/ex-detainees with the aim of contributing effectively to work inside prisons. The detainees are occupied in activities immediately expendable due to the presence inside the Prison of an industrial laundry and a bread- making laboratory , and allow them to spend ,in a competitively way, the know-how acquired after the detention, in the ordinary labour market.
In 2011 Metàlogos played various paths for laundry and bread-making operator and maintenance attendant, always addressed to detainees.
In 2011 Project 2169/1/1/2606/2010: "The territory as a place of development" regarding a development plan oriented to the world of cooperation ion order to promote the increasing of innovative capacity and competitiveness through an integrated set of actions aimed at strengthening the capacity of change in organizative and productive aspects and for what about reading and governingf the Market.
In 2011: Project : Study of the Feasibility Provincial Coordination for Centres Resources Equal Opportunities; Reconnaissance of the offer of services to equal opportunities at the Common institutions and associations and construction of a database. Commissioned by the Provincia di Belluno.
