Menas ir inovacijos (ART+INN)

ART+INN (full legal name – Menas ir inovacijos), established in 2022 in Vilnius, Lithuania, operates with a unique perspective, addressing societal challenges through a creative lens to advance sustainability, entrepreneurship, and social inclusion. Our core belief in education as a cornerstone for societal progress drives us to focus on empowering vulnerable individuals, offering a diverse range of activities spanning from research initiatives to innovative practices like drama therapy and forest bathing.

Functioning as an independent educational organization, ART+INN collaborates closely with secondary, vocational, higher, and adult education institutions to enhance educational practices and foster innovation. Our collaborative efforts encompass various aspects, including curriculum development, pedagogical approaches, and organizational development, all aimed at achieving positive educational outcomes across different levels.

ART+INN is committed to delivering innovative non-formal education programs that leverage cutting-edge
techniques and methodologies. By utilizing approaches like gamification, artificial intelligence, and micro-learning, we create immersive and interactive learning experiences designed to engage learners effectively and equip them with practical skills essential for success in today's rapidly evolving world.

Sustainability is central to ART+INN's mission, driving us to integrate sustainable principles into every project to address environmental issues and promote social responsibility. In addition to our dedication to sustainability, we prioritize promoting entrepreneurship and employability, recognizing their pivotal roles in economic growth and social advancement. We strengthen this work by collaborating with local innovation hubs, accelerators, and incubators to design mentoring schemes, start-up support, and entrepreneurial training. These initiatives are especially targeted at Ukrainian refugees and displaced women, helping them transition from immediate crisis response to long-term integration, leadership, and economic participation.

Moreover, we emphasize lifelong learning and European values, encouraging individuals to pursue ongoing personal and professional development while upholding ideals of innovation, collaboration, and social responsibility. Our primary focus is on upskilling and empowering marginalized target groups, particularly prioritizing youth, women, the elderly, and individuals facing various social, economic, or geographical obstacles. We have also been actively supporting Ukrainian refugees, especially young people and women, by providing inclusive and empowering learning opportunities. Additionally, we prioritize the professional development of trainers and educators who work with these groups, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to provide effective education and support.
