Melikşah University

Meliksah University (MLK) is a recently established non-for-profit foundation university in Kayseri which is known as one of the leading industrial cities in Turkey. Most of the members of the board of trustees of the university are the CEOs of leading companies in the region. Even though it is a new university, it already has very close connections with companies and institutions both in the country and abroad. The university has five faculties including Law, Arts and Sciences, Health Sciences, Engineering, and Economics and Administrative Sciences. Most of the departments in these faculties offer English-medium instruction and all students have to go through a one-year intensive English program before they go to their departments. The University currently has about 4000 students at undergraduate and graduate programs. With students and faculty members from 40 different countries, Melikşah University has an international perspective in education and research.
