PRAXIS Vocational Training Organization was established in 2000 by professionals with long term experience in vocational training, committed to academic excellence, the application of innovative and participating training methods and continuous training of all staff, as well as continuous assessment of all aspects of educational workflow.

PRAXIS is now an accredited educational provider, operating both as a Vocational Training Institute (I.I.E.K.), as well as a Centre for Lifelong Learning (Ke.Di.Vi.M. of type 2) (an educational provider type, formerly known in Greece as Vocational Training Centers – K.E.K.)

PRAXIS Vocational Training Institute (I.I.E.K. PRAXIS), is licensed by the Hellenic Ministry of Education as a Private Vocational Training Institute (I.I.E.K.) (license number 120871 / ΙΑ - FEK 2279/Β/12-09-2013)
I.I.E.K. PRAXIS offers two and a half year long courses (5 semesters) of level 4 post-secondary Education with around 600 trainees currently attending.

PRAXIS Centre for Lifelong Learning (Ke.Di.Vi.M.2 PRAXIS) is a type 2 (enhanced) Centre of Vocational Training, accredited by the Hellenic National Organization for the Certification of Qualifications and Vocational Guidance (E.O.P.P.E.P.) (certification code 1110-1832)
Ke.Di.Vi.M.2 PRAXIS offers short term programs and seminars with duration from 30 hours to 1 yearlong courses, with approximately 400 trainees currently attending.

Ke.Di.Vi.M.2 PRAXIS has a long experience in European programs, as since 2001 is a contractor of many training programs funded mainly by the European Social Fund (ESF), targeting unemployed young people, women, disabled people, people of social minorities in the risk of social exclusion etc.
There have been more than 150 programs, of duration from 150 to 800 hours of training, operated by PRAXIS up to this date.
We have also participated as partners in integrated local development programs (TOPEKO and TOPSA, the type of EQUAL Initiative programs) in Chalkida and Cofru, together with local authorities (municipalities), employers organizations, NGOs etc
