Manfred On Tour

Manfred on Tour was just created in the very beginnings of 2018 thanks to the energy and
ambition of a group of Young students-entrepreneurs. Based in Logroño, (Spain) it is a pioneer
social and youth organisation in the region which aims to empower the youth through the develop

of European programmes of exchange and partnership to encourage a fruitful and reliable co-
working to improve the opportunities of the youngsters in the academic, market and political
sectors.
