Malaika Children Initiative

Malaika Children Initiative is a registered Community Based Organization to you, where we apply sustainable livelihoods approaches that provide a framework for addressing the challenges faced by children and families affected by chronic diseases and rare illnesses; in both development and humanitarian contexts while maintaining the sustainability of natural resources for present and future generations.

For that purpose we visit hospitals, schools and villages to register the children. We train and certify our members how to approach, handle and help the patient children and caregivers. We provide free-of-cost training, sensitization through funds and donations to operate these services.

Malaika Children Initiative takes responsibility in the awareness rising promoting acceptance and advocacy about chronic diseases and rare illnesses in children to lead the rest of the programs in our community.
