Level Youth Romania

Level Youth Romania is an educational initiative launched on 15 October 2025, supporting children and young people aged 7–18 through practical learning, technology and collaboration. The initiative is currently completing the legal registration process for its association in Romania.

Our educational focus includes coding, game development, artificial intelligence and digital literacy. Programmes presented through our platform include Start Coding, AI Studio, Game Development and Digital Skills. We aim to help participants build practical projects, develop problem-solving skills and use technology creatively and responsibly.

Our learning model brings together mentors, professionals and volunteers. Activities are offered online, with individual or group guidance and opportunities for self-paced learning. The educational programmes are presented as free of charge, with limited places and age-appropriate learning levels. Availability depends on the programme and session.

Level Youth Romania was founded by Aurelian Soare, General Manager, with Vlad Tăbăraș as co-founder and Deputy Manager. We also collaborate with Wind Discovery to promote camps and excursions for children and young people; these activities are organised by Wind Discovery under its own participation conditions.

Through Otlas, we would like to connect with youth groups, educational organisations, mentors and other potential partners interested in digital education, non-formal learning, volunteering and collaborative projects. We are open to discussing joint workshops, exchanges of educational practices and future youth initiatives.
