Legal Profession's development centre

The Founder and director of the organization is Ms. Nino Lipartia, who appears to be one of
the most successful Georgian experts of Civil and Civil Procedural Law and legal head
of one of the biggest Georgian insurance companies. Also, she is honored trainer of
Georgian Bar Association and Lecturer of several universities.
Another founder is Miss Gvantsa Khasia, also an expert of Civil Law, lecturer of several
universities and legal expert of Tbilisi State University.
The third member of the team is Mr. Goga Kikilashvili – head of advisors’ board at
LPDC. He is an expert of Administrative Law, Chief Legal adviser at Ministry of Justice
of Georgia and lecturer of several universities.
The center organizes various scientific, educational, cultural projects to raise

professionalism of practicing lawyers and ensures professional facilitators’ involvement
in activities to achieve meaningful results.
Despite early period of its establishment the center has already implemented several
successful projects and aims to increase horizons of its operation beyond borders of
Georgia.
