Learning Together Youth Initiative is an informal youth group based in Türkiye, active since 2024, bringing together professionals working in youth work, education, and personal development. Our team includes youth workers, trainers, facilitators, and practitioners with hands-on experience in working with diverse target groups.
Among our members is a published author with more than 15 personal development books focusing on learning to learn, mindful reading, career development, resilience, positive thinking, and turning challenges into opportunities. Through books, workshops, and school visits, we actively engage with young people, educators, and youth workers to support personal growth and lifelong learning.
We work closely with young people from diverse backgrounds, including migrants, young people with fewer opportunities, and those affected by social exclusion or digital overuse. Through our field experience, we have developed effective learning models that support self-awareness, focus, emotional resilience, and meaningful engagement in learning processes.
Our approach combines experiential learning, reflection, dialogue, and practical tools that foster personal development and social inclusion. We believe learning becomes truly meaningful when it is connected to real-life experiences and shared values.
Through this project, we aim to exchange experiences with European partners, co-create innovative learning approaches, and strengthen youth work across borders. We believe that meaningful cooperation grows through trust, shared values, and collective learning.
Together, we aim to build inclusive, innovative, and sustainable learning environments that respond to the real needs of today’s young people.
