LADE Community Organisation

LADE Community Organization, a Local Action for Development and Empowerment acronym LADE, was established 2022 and legally registered in April 2023. LADE is a dynamic and inclusive organization dedicated to empowering young individuals between the ages of 18 and 30. LADE focuses on fostering skills development, promoting entrepreneurship, raising awareness about HIV, advocating for gender equity, and championing environmental protection. Through a range of innovative programs and workshops, LADE equips young people with practical skills that prepare them for the challenges of the modern world. From leadership training to vocational courses, the organization aims to enhance their employ-ability and overall personal growth. LADE also fosters a spirit of entrepreneurship among its members, encouraging them to think creatively, take initiative, and start their ventures. Through mentorship and access to resources, LADE aims to create a supportive environment for aspiring young entrepreneurs to succeed. In addition to empowering youth economically, LADE takes a proactive approach in addressing public health issues.
