Kutahya Science and Art Center For Highly Gifted and Talented Children

KUTAHYA BILSEM is the provincial organization of the General Directorate of Special Education Guidance and Counselling Services (Public) and opened its doors to educate gifted and talented children in 2008 and devoted itself to the education of highly gifted children in Kutahya ( name of our province) in Turkey.

Our school undertakes education services for gifted and talented students (preschoolers, primary and high school children/students) on the basis of province (Kütahya). KUTAHYA BILSEM is an art and science center designed to meet the needs of highly gifted children, ages 6 to 16.
As we know the gifted children learn in a different way. Therefore our aim is to get preschoolers, primary or high school students who are gifted; be aware of their individual abilities, develop their capacities and use them at the highest level and to ensure an appropriate learning enviroment to maximize their potential.

KUTAHYA BILSEM tries to improve the quality of services for gifted and talented students/children.In our center each gifted student/child is encouraged to enlarge his/her potential through improving his/her creativity in art,science and foreign languages
