Kumulus

Kumulus is an NGO founded in 2008, before that we were a municipality based organization. Members are the municipalities of the county of Kalmar and other NGO:s. We have worked with Youth in Action program since 2004 and we are coordinating, hosting and sending volunteers.
Kumulus aim is to increase young people's opportunities for personal development through national and international experiences.

Information and guidance efforts around the Youth in Action programs are aimed at young people and those working with young people. Kumulus also work with increasing the knowledge and skill levels of adults who work near youth about the benefits and potential of international exchanges for youth.

Kumulus works with supporting young people and professionals who work with youth in their leisure time in the application process, management, etc. on exchanges and hosting of volunteers. We also distribute funding for youth own project via the project ACTION.

We also work with democracy and youth influence in the municipalities of Kalmar county.
