Krauslab / Cobuce

COBUCE (Competence building center) is a NGO that works with companies, authorities and academia to strength its innovation and collaboration competences. Our main competences are facilitation, inspiration and training in cross-disciplinary fields of culture/business/education as a parts of innovation cycle.

In 2014, COBUCE has developed and started new master degree program on entrepreneurship for the Baltic State University – Krauslab www.krauslab.ru .

From 2015 Cobuce/Krauslab runs Social Impact Award activities in Kaliningrad, including seminars, meet-ups and acceleration programme for social entrepreneurs. In October 2016 we co-organized Russia-Ukrainian-Belarus-German school for social entrepreneurs in Berlin.

With focus on Baltic Sea Region from 2010 COBUCE has participated in several international projects as a facilitator and project manager e.g.:
- Nordic film festival in Kaliningrad 2012 (in cooperation with Nordic council of Ministers).
- Business development project with focus on facilitating the development of clusters in Kaliningrad region – study tours to Nordic countries, Poland, Baltic States, seminars and trainings;
- Development of creative industries in Kaliningrad region with focus on spreading the concept of experience economy within the local business and art communities.
- Competence building for tourism cluster with focus on marketing, internal communication, collaboration with cultural sector etc. (with Kaliningrad and Astrakhan regional governments).
- Baltic Artek youth forum with focus on urban development, innovations, communities and cross-culture communications (with Kaliningrad Regional Youth Agency).

COBUCE team also participates in such projects as TEDx, Start up Sauna etc. to create the community of innovative people. Our team members are the activists of some local initiatives in city development (such as bicycle movement).
