Kosovo Education for sustainable development (KESD) Aims to help people to develop the attitudes, skills, perspectives and knowledge to make informed decisions and to act for the benefit of themselves and others, now and in the future. KESD helps the citizens of the world to learn their way to a more sustainable future.

Goals
• Improvement of quality of life through the improvement of basic education
• Development of education and capacities for towards sustainable development.
• Professional capacity building of teachers in order to directly impact the education of children.
• Citizen’s awareness for protection of the environment and natyral biodiversity.
• Citizen’s awareness for respect and cooperation among different ethnic, religious and racial groups.
•Continuous promotion of human rights and freedoms, particularly the children’s rights.
•Enabling citizens for continuous gaining of knowledge and active leaning in order to be active and responsible citizens in building a democratic society.
