Kompania Foundation

The members of Kompania Foundation are approximaltly 40 youth workers, usually coming from the faculty of psychology or sociology. The foundation launch complex, interactive workshops for classes (students aged 12-18) leading by the youth workers. A major proportion of these students come from an ethnic minority or have social inclusion problems. The programs include youth policies, agression handling, tolerance training, health education and career orientation; emphasize on student’s self-knowledge and help to develop the cohesion and communication in the class. The youth workers transmit values and serve as role models. Therefore it’s important to keep on improving their techniques about non-formal education tools and supervise them.
We already took part in YiA as participants and co-trainers and we prepare to host youth exchanges in our city.
