Köszi+ is a group of young entrepreneurs experienced in consulting and training who are dedicated to bring the startup culture and innovative mindset to where it’s needed with an aim to give people the opportunity of standing on their own feet and also create the supportive network between them.

Our trainings and consultations are delivered by practitioners – people who are among the bests in their field. We aim to create a change in the society by giving the valuable knowledge voluntarily to the ones who normally could not afford it. As a team of practitioners, we do not just want to educate people on certain topics, but our trainings are also focused on creating an actual product. Therefore, practical application of the gained knowledge is a must for us.
We deliver courses on various topics, covering broad range of themes from effective communication, negotiations, business management, leadership, civic event organizing and personal coaching, to smart sales, effective problem solving techniques and methods, etc. Through our trainings and projects we intend to develop creative–practical ideas and to exchange good practice with others around the world.
Our members have competencies in various fields such as mentoring, coaching, management, marketing and market studies, sales, academic and scientific research, media, press, social media, and information technology sectors.
We strongly believe that the youth, provided knowledge and tools, can create innovative social change. Therefore, our work embraces various services: preparing business plans, startup mentoring, social entrepreneurship promotion, investment projects, technical feasibility studies and enforcement of the market research, consultancy to the business process of modernization, competitiveness, operational efficiency, and developing concepts for products and services. Institute is accredited to provide training for the civil servants as well.
We participate in the EU partnership projects and innovation projects. We ensure effective project management and supervision of their implementation.
Most importantly, we are passionate about making a measurable impact in all we do. We believe that progress can develop only through innovation and innovative decision-making methods in order to implement successful business or projects.

We would like to spread the knowledge we gained and introduce the business culture to the people who has the attitude, but not the exact guidance to step on the road.
We also would like to encourage our partners and the participants to take the next step when it is about creating a better working world by leaving behind all the cultural and geographical boundaries so we can build a long lasting strong Europe together.
As a result of our activities, we would like to create a standing international network of young people who can help and assist each other in growing together.
