“Sınav Eğitim Kurumları A.Ş.” is the managing company, which stays behind “Sınav Education Institutions” – a chain of schools with 440 institutions, 68 campuses all around Turkey. The schools in total have more than 10.000 staff members and educate 150.000 students from kindergarten to the end of the high-school education cycle.
“Sınav Education Institutions” was established in 1992 as a family business with a 50 square meter space, 5 employees and limited capital. The venue was small, the possibilities were limited, but the goal was big.
The energy that started with a small step turned into a synergy that surrounded the country. The 50 square meters of that day reached 500 thousand square meters of closed area today, and its 5 personnel reached more than 10.000 employees. In this process, in which a serious future design and a large-scale vision accompany all decisions and studies, it has turned into the largest education chain in Turkey with its publications, private teaching institutions, courses and schools.

Sınav Education Institutions, which started to operate in Ankara for the first time, has become a respected brand as a widespread, pioneering and exemplary institution throughout the country.

Sınav Education Institutions is not a business that was established as such. Everything about the company - philosophy, goals, name, colours, slogans, emblem, advertisement, promotion, etc.- has been thought out to the smallest detail, consulted, asked. In short, it emerged as the product of a collective mind.
Sınav Educational Institutions has risen as the consequence of an intense and extensive effort. Well-established educational institutions in the country and abroad were visited, their physical structures and education systems were examined, and professional opinions were received from hundreds of educators. The architectural structure, education system, and the entire concept of the Sınav Education Institutions, including their programs, have been created by experts and academics. From kindergarten, Sınav Educational Institutions aims to raise "World Citizen" elite individuals with high self-confidence, broad horizons and vision of the future.
4A1B Eğitim Hizmetleri Ticaret A.Ş. is the managing company, which stays behind Sınav Education Institutions Sahin Campus, in Kocaeli province. The schools in total have 100 staff members and educate 1370 students from kindergarten to the end of the high-school education cycle.

As a site, Sınav Education Institutions Sahin Campus has been built with the awareness that physical environments are a source of motivation in education. To this end; natural lighting, hygiene, heat and acoustic calculations of all spaces were made. Academic living spaces have been created as equipped with high technology and ergonomics, including 32 thousand square meters of indoor and 8 thousand square meters of open spaces.
In the campus, there are specially designed workshops and laboratories for applied lessons, such as foreign language and club work. 8 closed and 4 open areas are reserved for such studies. 4A1B Practice and Research Library is the general school library which is available for the use of all students from kindergarten to high school. There is also Z-library, open to the high school students only, which is an environment suitable for study as well as academic research and applications.
Many sports fields have been created within the campus for the physical development of our students. In addition to these sports zones designed for basketball, volleyball, football, etc, our school has high-level facilities where the students can improve themselves in many different areas such as Olympic sports hall, semi-Olympic swimming pool, ice skating field, archery field, dance hall.

ACADEMIC EDUCATION IN SINAV EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS
The curriculum of the Sınav Education Institutions is shaped by the Mastery Learning Model. At Sınav, it is accepted that every student can be successful when the learning method, materials and learning opportunity appropriate to the individual student are provided. It is seen that learning levels are reached to a high level if the steps existing in the Mastery Learning Model are followed properly.
No distinction is made between the students and the Mastery Learning Model applied in the Sınav Education Institutions. In our schools, where the understanding of 'Special' and 'Unique' prevails, the issues regarding to each student are held individually.
ACADEMIC EDUCATION IN SINAV EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS SECONDARY SCHOOLS
In Sınav Education Institutions Secondary Schools, our education is full-day in order to make our students improve their skills and to prepare them for the High School Transition Exam (LGS) in the best possible way. An academic year consists of four terms.

In Sınav Education Institutions Secondary Schools, In Side Out Side and PBL (Project Based Learning) in 5th grades, Project Based Learning education in 6th and 7th grades without any preparation for central exams, and 8th grade exam groups in accordance with the High School Transition System are applied. Every student who starts Sınav Education Institutions Secondary Schools is involved in a qualified education process in the lessons. While providing students with basic academic competencies, their social and psychological development is supported.

With its bilingual academic and international achievements, Sınav Education Institutions Secondary Schools provide our students with a vision with their motivating, strong, professional staff who can develop different teaching strategies.

In Sınav Education Institutions Secondary Schools our students are encouraged to actively participate in arts, sports and cultural activities. All processes such as success, attendance, homework control and exam results are closely followed without compromising academic programs and educational discipline. All results are shared with the parents through the "SınavNet" automation system. The After School Program, which was established to support students' social, cultural and sportive activities and to ensure their progress, with its differentiated English education system, STEM studies, robotic-coding trainings, and Sınav Education Institutions Secondary Schools technology is used to design and produce, and it is rooted and raising contemporary individuals with 21st century skills.

STEM STUDIES

By integrating Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics disciplines, it provides a thought-oriented, problem-solving, collaborative and productive learning experience.

STEM studies have an internal system that aims to enable children to produce solutions by exemplifying stories and turning them into questions. In Stem studies, which are also carried out with specially prepared science and experiment kits, models are examined and brainstorming studies are carried out according to the level of the students. Our students, who develop their problem-solving skills along with skills such as creating complex technological devices with basic and simple mechanisms, creative thinking, basic technology logic and teamwork, enjoy producing with fun.

With these fun and production-oriented studies, which are held once a month, children also gain the scientific mindset with the materials they design. Thanks to STEM studies, which contribute greatly to the development of self-confidence, students demonstrate their creativity by gaining the awareness of teamwork with a simple mechanism in their minds. Stem studies are carried out in accordance with the level of our students and at different levels.

SCIENCE AND MATHEMATICS

In Sınav Education Institutions, our students actively use their natural curiosity and urge to explore. From an early age, they always make effective inquiries in the cause-how relationship. Within the framework of the Applied and Original Science Program (GEMS-Great Exploration Math and Science), scientific thinking, making inventions, questioning, drawing conclusions, and a higher thinking system are formed and attitude skills are gained. Science – Nature activities are held regularly every week. Our students step into the fun and magical world of numbers with original basic math applications.

As in all branches, Science and Mathematics courses are learned within the higher thinking system in our schools, which are fed with the innovative perspective and dynamism brought by the original, privileged and innovative education system in Sınav Education Institutions. Through intuitive play and activities, they explore by working with natural materials. Thus, instead of learning symbolically, they learn by experiencing basic mathematical elements such as problem solving, practical thinking and reaching a solution. Likewise, they learn about the environment and nature through observation and experience.
