Kariyer ve Gelişim Derneği (Career and Development Association)

Our organisation is focused on youth problems. We have contacts with all pubic and private youth organisations and public bodies. We can progress new projects in a project team. We have a very experienced team in Lifelog Learning programme. We would like to collaborate with the organisations about topic on youth problems. It is an association which is a non-profit organization found on June 2017 by young people on theme of youth which is active in fields of career, entrepreneur and self-growth. Our association provides activities for young people who are in disadvantageous area in terms of rurality through conference ,seminar and social activities in fields of entrepreneur ,career , and self-growth with education they need. Our aim is to provide young people who are passive in rural areas to act actively, carrying out national and international works.
Our association has mainly target at promoting intercultural awareness and raising awareness among young people about the concept of entrepreneurship skills and its vital role in society for young persons’ role in the public. We organize trainings to equip youth workers , leaders and young people who work directly with young, unemployed people (especially in deprived, rural and urban areas) with essential business and entrepreneurial knowledge and skills, in order to make them able to contribute to the limitation of unemployability among youth, mainly through promoting self-employment and entrepreneurial culture. We also try to increase social inclusion of disadvantaged youth by providing trainings in entrepreneurship to become actively involved in the community, by this way we promote understanding and mutual acceptance. We also combate social exclusion of disadvantaged groups like villager,Kurdish,Syrian and roman people. We try to implement courses to improve their skills and competences in order to be able to increase entrepreneurship. By this way we give them a chance to necessary skills to be self-employed and to be the boss of their own work.
