JuBuK is a non-governmental, non-profit organization that was founded in 2008. Since then, JuBuK has organized multiple national and international projects on the topics of bridge building, active citizenship, entrepreneurship, inclusion, interreligious dialogue, gender, migrant issues, intercultural dialogue, capacity building, and change making.
JuBuK’s target group is youth, especially young people with migrant backgrounds and minorities. On the national level, JuBuk works with NGOs working on migrant youth. On the international level, JuBuk has cooperation with like-minded NGOs, youth workers, activists, trainers, and change-makers for years.
Our mission is to bring positive change to the community, especially the youth. JuBuk is working tirelessly for a more tolerant, inclusive, and open-minded society. We aim to work on “inclusion of vulnerable groups, social activism, gender equality, skill development, competencies of young people, youth workers, development of entrepreneurial education, recognition of non-formal learning, interfaith dialogue, intercultural cooperation, and solidarity.
JuBuk promotes human rights education, active European citizenship and social inclusion. JuBuK encourages youth to actively work with civil society for integration, gender equality, intercultural, and interreligious dialogue.
Main activities: We organize seminars and training courses for youth workers, community leaders, and school staff. We arrange youth exchanges, educational trips, local events, and educational and development projects with African countries.

Since 2011 JuBuK has been actively arranging international training courses for youth workers, trainers, facilitators, and NGO leaders on diverse topics. JuBuk and its team have a unique experience in organizing these international projects and training courses. The decade-long work with youth and international organizations has enriched JuBuk’s staff capacity and creativity. The 14 years journey makes JuBuk’s team stand out regarding their skills and competencies in non-formal education and intercultural learning. The international experience constantly enhanced the quality of the projects in terms of organizational management, creativity, innovative educational tools, visual facilitation, and gamification.

Currently, JuBUK is active as a partner and consortium leader of several long-term Erasmus+ KA2 projects developing educational materials, tools research and curricula in the field of VET, youth and adult education.
