International Youth Dialogue Platform (IYDP)

The “International Youth Dialogue Platform” Public Union (IYDP) founded in Baku, Azerbaijan in 2019. The organization aims to empower young people through international experiences, global partnerships, international education, self-development initiatives, mobility, volunteering, and intercultural dialogue and peace. Established to promote intercultural exchange, self-development, and youth participation in global development, IYDP serves as a dynamic hub for young leaders, changemakers, and volunteers dedicated to building bridges across cultures and communities.
IYDP actively participates in international programs such as Erasmus+ and the European Solidarity Corps (ESC), fostering mobility, student exchanges, learning, and solidarity among youth. The Platform has been an ESC Quality Label accredited organization since 2020, ensuring active participation of young individuals in volunteering and educational projects that promote youth development, cultural exchange, and personal growth.
Through its educational initiatives, dialogue programs, and capacity-building activities, IYDP cultivates intercultural communication, global partnerships, and sustainable youth development. The organization supports young people through mentorship, volunteering, self-development, and leadership training—helping them enhance their skills, employability, and career advancement.
In Azerbaijan, IYDP contributes to advancing youth mobility, international cooperation, and intercultural understanding through Erasmus+, European Solidarity Corps, and other international programs. It promotes non-formal education, volunteering, and internationalization at home, preparing youth to become globally engaged citizens ready to lead positive change. Meanwhile, the organization implements national and international projects aimed at contributing to youth development with the support of its partners.
Scope of Work:
IYDP focuses on fostering intercultural dialogue, youth development, environmental sustainability, and quality education. It develops and implements projects that connect young people internationally, encourage the exchange of ideas, and promote peace and sustainability.
