INTERNATIONAL R&D INNOVATION AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP ASSOCIATION

The International R&D Innovation and Entrepreneurship Association (IRDEA) is a non-profit civil society organization based in Gaziantep, Türkiye. Our mission is to empower young people, entrepreneurs, women, migrants, and disadvantaged groups through innovation, entrepreneurship, education, digital transformation, and sustainable development initiatives.

We design and implement local, national, and international projects that promote social inclusion, employability, active citizenship, intercultural dialogue, environmental sustainability, and economic development. Through training programs, workshops, mentoring activities, research studies, and partnership-building initiatives, we support individuals and communities in developing the skills needed for the future.

IRDEA actively collaborates with public institutions, universities, private sector organizations, international networks, and civil society organizations. We are particularly interested in Erasmus+, youth exchanges, capacity building projects, vocational education and training (VET), digital innovation, social entrepreneurship, green transition, and community development initiatives.

Our organization aims to create sustainable impact by fostering innovation, strengthening international cooperation, and supporting inclusive growth at local and global levels.
