Institute Cassiopea Macedonia

NGO - Cassiopeia is an Institute for research, international cooperation and development of the civil society. It's main objectives are to motivate and develop the civil society, as well as the youth in the rural areas. Cassiopeia helps in developing knowledge for organizing workshops and training for acquiring vocational skills and achieving personal development. Furthermore our organization helps young people in developing skills in planning, organizing, co-ordination and practical problem solving skills, teamwork, self-confidence, discipline and responsibility. Furthermore, it promotes the development of the women's entrepreneurship and motivating the women from the rural areas to start working or learning about their possibilities. Cassiopeia also works on the protection and the development of the human rights. It promotes the process of mobility for young people, cooperation and exchange of experiences with related or similar associations domestically and internationally.
