The organisation was founded to promote, develop and improve social responsibility of the youth, manage projects and activities for youth: charity, environmental, artistic, social etc.

Activities of the organisation are:
(1) managing work
(2) project development,
(3) project management,
(4) event organisation,
(5) profitable activities which lead to realization of the goals of the organisation,
(6) charity,
(7) pollution prevention,
(8) helping young artists,
(9) developing IT solutions,
(10) improving the education system,
(11) improving other social aspects,
(12) informing the public about the work of the organisation, events and projects and other information from the organisation's activities,
(13) developing international cooperation and involvement in the work of local authorities as an advisory body,
(14) publication of books and magazines in areas of organisation's activities,
(15) strengthening cooperation with similar organisations in Croatia and worldwide,
(16) other activities and activities relevant to achieving goals of the organisation.
