INNOVADE is interested in the healthy development of new businesses, and it is involved in various local and regional initiatives that promote entrepreneurship, innovation, and creativity, especially among young people. Some of INNOVADE’s areas of strength are Quality Assurance, Monitoring and Evaluation, Innovation Infusion, e-learning development, Entrepreneurship, Startups, Business Consulting, Training, Business Development, Operational Improvements, Dissemination and Exploitation, Strategic Development, Technology Transfer, Project Management. INNOVADE has been involved in more than 50 funded projects, several of which focused on innovation, youth empowerment, entrepreneurship, e-learning development, and vocational training.

INNOVADE currently employees 15 full-time and part-time staff. The majority of the team members hold graduate degrees (Masters and PhD) in areas like management, technology and language education, business, HR, research, instructional design, multimedia development, and evaluation. Financial management of INNOVADE is supervised by the Director of Finance who works closely with a full-time accountant and the administration team at INNOVADE and the individual Project managers involved in projects. Furthermore, we follow all the international standards for financial management.
