INNOVA LAB is an association actively involved in project development and implementation in the local, national and international non-formal educational sphere, that directly aims at personal and professional youth development.
The mission of the Center is increasing employment opportunities for young people, creating innovative educational and development initiatives, and encouraging creative action. It helps in developing the knowledge by organizing workshops and training for gaining vocational skills and achieving personal development.
INNOVA LAB is a world where formal education additionally soaks in with informal educational methods, which contributes to the development and accountability processes of the youth.
We believe that the vision is achievable only through designing and implementing of strategies that are meant to develop the personal and professional abilities of the youth, both in a formal (academic environment) and the non-formal one.
Our projects are related to a big variety of topics such as: entrepreneurship, creativity and innovation, leadership, unemployment issues, art and creativity, team building, non-formal educational methods, discrimination, media literacy, hate speech, democracy and many others.
