IndalYouth is a non-profit youth organization based in Almería (Andalusia, South of Spain). Our mission is to promote active citizenship, intercultural learning, and social inclusion among young people through non-formal education and international mobility.
Our Context & Target Group: We work primarily with young people aged 18-30 from Almería, a region with specific geographical challenges and high youth unemployment rates. Our goal is to provide new opportunities to youth with fewer opportunities (economic obstacles, geographical barriers, and cultural differences), empowering them to develop soft skills and broaden their horizons.
Our Main Activities:
-Sending Organization: We actively send motivated participants to Youth Exchanges (KA152) and Training Courses (KA153).
-Hosting Organization: We are dedicated to organizing projects in Almería that bring added value to our region. We focus on topics that directly benefit local youth, such as:
-Youth Entrepreneurship & Employability (combating local unemployment).
-Environmental Sustainability (addressing climate challenges in Southern Europe).
-Rural Development (connecting youth from isolated rural areas).
-Mental Health & Well-being.
Why partner with us?
-Reliability: We are committed to high-quality partnerships. We ensure smooth communication, strict adherence to deadlines, and full support in dissemination.
-Local Impact: Our projects in Almería are designed to leave a lasting positive impact on the local community and the participants.
-Preparation: We provide thorough pre-departure training to our participants to ensure they are ready to contribute actively to your project.
IndalYouth is ready to collaborate and bring the energy of Southern Spain to your next project!
