IMS – RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT CENTER is a non-profit organization based in Limassol, with a view to scientific and innovative excellence. In close interaction and synergy with the IMS Private School, the IMS – RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT CENTER connects the transfer of knowledge and expertise with the innovative development, and invests in dynamic development of human resources. Senior members of the Organization include people with extensive experience and knowledge of educational and research thrives in Europe, who will extend the framework of action and perspectives in the field of scientific development.
The Organisation’s research team has extensive experience in project management and participation in research projects at European and national level (such as FP7, Intelligent Energy, MED, ENPI, INTERREG, LIFE+ etc).
At present, IMS – RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT CENTER collaborates with an exceptional and qualified staff with long experience in the field of Management Advisory and scientific as well as technical project implementation, with considerable financial credits. Its circle of activity covers a range of fields such as Nanotechnology and Nanoscience, particle Physics and Optical material Science, Optoelectronics, Microelectronics, Nanophotonics, Environmental Science and Technology, Ecology, Biomolecular Sciences, Chemical Engineering, Business Management, IT business and environmental solutions, Transfer of Technology, Macro and Micro Economics and Accounting. Organisation’s expertise encompasses the domains of social, environmental and tourism sector, financial, management and project budgeting, as well as trade, marketing & business strategy and development.

The Organisation’s expertise and innovative activity has traditionally been correlated to the implementation of highly complex and innovative projects funded by EU programs such as European Territorial Cooperation Programs.
