IL CAVALIERE BLU

The social cooperative IL CAVALIERE BLU was founded in 2019 with the aim of promoting the value of cooperation and the culture of diversity, offering educational and welfare services, aimed in particular at the most disadvantaged part of the population, and organizing training, awareness and social promotion initiatives.
The organization is based in Castellazzo Bormida, a little village in Piedimont, Italy.
The cooperative manages the Educational Centre “Rubens”, which welcomes teenagers and adults with developmental disability, who everyday take part in educational activities led by experienced educators and therapists. Our team’s expertise is the treatment of Autism Spectrum Disorder, through the use of the cognitive-behavioral approach.
We believe in the importance of offering high quality educational services centered on the specific needs of each person with disability, in order to promote their autonomy and inclusion, ensuring the best possible quality of life for them and their families.
The cooperative's staff is composed by: president, coordinator, trainer, planning and development manager, educators, health workers, nurses.
