IIE NGO

Our NGO, Association of Innovation and Inclusion in Education (Referred to as IIE NGO from then on) was established by a group of experts in education, project management, training and non-formal learning, with an aim to increase the quality of educational projects
in and around Istanbul region, and facilitate know-how exchange across regions and countries.

Having been established also as a response to the growing needs of educational assistance to the people migrating from the earthquake affected regions of Turkey in the wake of 2023, our team has already implemented a number of local actions and activities to lessen the impact of the disaster on young people.
Main mission of our organisation is to organize activities, facilitate projects and mobilize young people in our region to enable active participation of young people in social, economic and democratic life, while providing youth with tools and opportunities to improve their skills and receive a boost in their adult lives. Our team aims to achieve this via creating partnerships, enlarging our network, organize regional, national and international projects and facilitate development of new knowledge or know-how transfer across regions and countries for the good of young people we work with. At the same time, with one of its two pillars, inclusion, our organization aims to spread the values of inclusion, equality, equaity and access to democratic decision-making processes for all in our region and beyond.
