Ifriqiya Association

Ifriqiya is a non-governmental organization based in Sfax, Tunisia, founded in 2019 and officially registered in 2020. Its mission is to promote sustainable development through the defense of human rights, environmental protection, and youth engagement. The association implements projects that address social justice, climate change, migration, and civic participation, targeting primarily young people and marginalized communities. Ifriqiya conducts awareness campaigns, advocacy initiatives, capacity-building workshops, and intercultural exchange activities. It also works in partnership with national and international organizations, aiming to strengthen civil society and foster regional cooperation across the MENA and African regions. Guided by values of inclusion, transparency, and pan-African solidarity, Ifriqiya views youth as key actors for social and environmental transformation.
