IDESCA (Institute of Social Studies for Change) is an association dedicated to the management of the organisational change and social participation. Our scope is centered in the design and development of processes, educational plans, social research and improvement of labor and social relationships.
Our primary target is to facilitate governmental, non-governmental and private organizations, professional skills to reach change, improvement and transformation. Aspects such as use women participation in society, violence of gender, youth entrepeneurship, citizenship and social partipaction, creativity against unemployment, sustainable development and social change are in the centre of our professional performance.
In order to carry out our mission we count on a network of professionals (Psycologists, Sociologists, Lawers, Teachers and Labor Advisors), experience of more than 20 years in social projects, strong vocation and social commitment.
We coordinated an important project in Latin America, developing a social-industrial sustainable company (recycling plastics) for unemployed people to avoid poverty and improve employment and social development. In the last 5 years, we gave technical advice to Local Government in order to create coordination structures in rural zones for improve women participation and social opportunities. We´ve been collaborating in educational programmes for Citizenship participation (FABZ) during the last 4 years. During 2012-13 we also participated in youth projects against discrimination and Labour (Youth in Action Programme).
