Please briefly present the partner organisation.

ICSE&Co. (International Center for Southern Europe) is a no-profit organization linked to the Political Sciences Department of the University of Florence.
Since 2010 we have worked in three main sectors:
✓ analyze and promote the circulation of brain as an opportunity of development and enhance for civil societies in Europe.
✓ offering young people opportunities to develop their professional and personal skills in a multicultural and international
environment, with a special attention for universities students (italians and internationals)
✓offering integration path for migrants and asylum seekers
✓ provide services for the internationalization of businesses and development cooperation between Italy and the Balkans
What are the activities and experience of the organisation in the areas relevant for this application?

Over the time we have worked with many public entities such as the University of Florence, municipality of Florence, Tuscany Region, Embassy of Albania in Italy, the Agency for Development and Investment in Albania, Interregional SEENET program for Balkans institutional building.
In the last 2 year we have worked intensively with the region Tuscany for the circulation of brain as a model of integration, with the projects

We have created a website, a FB campaign, Workshops and conferences to inform Albanian youth graduated in Tuscany about job and professional opportunity in their home country. In fact Albania is a growing economy with a large part of the population living abroad and need high qualified human resources that are not available there at
the moment. We also promoted the opportunity to Italian businesses working in the Balkans to invest on Albanian youth in Tuscany.

We have created a website and a FB campaign to promote Tuscan Universities and Culture abroad, to inform international students (especially non European) about educational programs, scholarship, facilities and lifestyle.

Since 2016 we offering in collaboration with asylum center Italian language and civic education to Asylum seekers and refugees host in Florence.
We also began to work with businesses, especially those held by migrants, in order to provide training on safety and legal issues. www.icse-co.org

Moreover we have participated in Youth project as partner and leader.
Especially as leader we have conduct
- the project YEP! Youth Empowerment Priorities yepyouthempowementpriorities.wordpress.com.
A training course of 8 days for Youth Workers on Human Rights and social project building, It was an intense experience with 34 participants from 14 countries of Europe, Balkans, Est Europe, Maghreb.

- the project L.O.W.E: LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES FOR FUTURE WORK AND EMPLOYABILITY. The Youth exchange has created a series of activities based on non-formal which will enable participants to acquire the specific skills described by the project. Non-formal education will assimilate new skills, multicultural environment and work on their skills and their professional and personal goals will stimulate their enthusiasm to be channelled towards the development of their projects. lowefirenze.wordpress.com
- the project Florence Urban Jungle that will be held in April 2016. A youth exchange about urban green areas and urban gardening.

What are the skills and expertise of key staff/persons involved in this application?

The personnel involved in our activities have expertise in the field of international relations, political communication, event management, web design, publishing design, international exchanges and languages (English, Italian, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Albanian, Arabic).
We also share many of our activities with others association, interns and volunteers that bring their own expertise.
