Harsova 3D Association's mission is

- To create and implement programs for adolescents and young people in the South-East - Dobrogea region promoting a united, healthy and well-cared community, based on common values and principles;
- To create and implement programs and projects aimed at highlighting the enormous potential of cultural heritage, promoting and developing local tourism, especially based on social entrepreneurship.

Our main objectives include cultural preservation and promotion through the protection and valorization of heritage and the environment, educational programs and non-formal education, advocacy and cross-border collaborations. We work on essential issues such as access to education for vulnerable groups, youth development in the South-East - Dobrogea region, training, social inclusion, campaigns, social projects, tourism and social entrepreneurship development, implementation of the social economy.
