GENERAL PRESENTATION OF THE COMPANY:

HYTC company offers academic and professional courses including translation courses, languages, AutoCAD, soup and candle making, SPSS, and many others. The company also provides translation services for various documents. We also receive workshops and short meetings, up to 20 people.

Problem:
High unemployment rate in Palestine

Solutions:
Provides academic and professional courses for graduate and non-graduate students, including various language courses, translation courses, soap and candle making courses, web design courses and many other courses that qualify the individual to engage in the labor market, and also aim to reduce the unemployment rate in Palestine, in addition to It works to employ the capabilities and potentials of young people in the labor market.

Introduction of HYTC company:
The idea of establishing Al-Amal Company for Youth Training arose in 2018, and it was established in 2020, and it was registered with the Ministry of Economy as a limited joint-stock company in 2021. The founding partners and members of the company are:
1- Ms. Jumana Iskandar Zaki Guardianship.
2- Mr. Peter Subhi Michael Saadeh.

The company started its business by participating in many leading courses and projects in Palestine, as well as participating in competitions at the level of the Middle East (Regional Entrepreneurship Competition REC) in 2020 within the work team of the "Focus of Hope" project, and they are: Jumana Wasaya / Raghad Ibdah / Omar Abu Thaher.

Which was held by the University of Alexandria in Egypt, where the company passed the first and second stages in the hope of passing the third stage. Likewise, Mrs. Jumana Wasaya participated in entrepreneurship competitions at the level of the West Bank and Gaza Strip within the entrepreneurship projects, where she was selected from among the best 162 entrepreneurial ideas in Palestine, which provided her with opportunities for expansion and advancement in the Hope project. The company has launched three programs primarily concerned with youth advocacy and women's empowerment, as follows:
(1) The first program entitled "Training for Employment" targets graduates in Palestine.
The target group in this program is graduate students from Palestinian universities between the ages of 20-26, as this category includes bachelor's and master's students in various disciplines who are looking for job opportunities. Note: It was applied to four fresh graduate teachers from different universities. Attached are the details of the program (a previous project) among the required attachments in the portal.

(2) The second program entitled "Empowering Women Entrepreneurs in Palestine" aims to empower women entrepreneurs in Palestine.
Target group: Women entrepreneurs in Palestine, between the ages of 20 and 45, every woman entrepreneur who has a project idea that needs to be developed, directed and directed, and also every graduate who wants to start an innovative entrepreneurial project with the aim of empowering her. Capabilities and honing skills and many aspects in the field of trade and marketing, which in turn contribute to the development and advancement of the Palestinian society.

(3) The third program, entitled "Creating an Electronic Platform", included vocational, academic and technological training for young people and graduate students.
The target group in this program is youth and postgraduate students in Palestine, between the ages of 19 and 35, as this category includes all youth in Palestine.

The company's management aims to implement a summer school that includes several programs as follows:
1- Environmental awareness programme.
2- Animal welfare programme.
3- School bullying prevention program.
4- Domestic violence prevention program.

The company is interested in communicating with companies and institutions that support and invite youth and graduates, by signing memorandums of understanding with the following entities:
1- A memorandum of understanding with Tresco Company for Training and Employment in the Gaza Strip.
2- A memorandum of understanding with the Turkish Cultural Center.
3- A memorandum of understanding with Palestinian universities: Birzeit University / Continuing Education, Al-Khadouri University / Education, Al-Quds Open University, Bethlehem University, An-Najah University, the American University.
4- A memorandum of understanding with the General Administration of Latin Patriarchate Schools, which supervises 14 private schools distributed throughout the West Bank.
5- A memorandum of understanding with private schools: Rawabi School, Al-Rayhan School, Al-Mustaqbal School, and others.
6- A memorandum of understanding with the Asala Association to support Palestinian women entrepreneurs.
7- A memorandum of understanding with the Education First Academic Institute.
8- Memorandum of Understanding with the Experts Center.
