HIS GRACE JUNIOR SCHOOL KAVULE

His Grace Junior School is a nonprofit community based project, educating and feeding children of age 3 to 15 years. Most of them come from broken families, some are orphans, abandoned and others from poor homes. We endeavor to meet their physical, social and spiritual needs, as part of our holistic approach to childcare and empowerment.

We believe that every child in a community deserves an opportunity to receive education. Inspired by our Christian faith, we identify the most vulnerable children in need of education and connect them with our generous sponsors around the world through our sponsorship program, with an aim of transforming their life through education, feeding, discipleship and medical care.

We know that International Mission Work is not for everyone. However, our school is always in need of volunteers. Maybe you feel called to lead a medical team wishing to gain field experience and help beyond your neighborhood! Maybe you are a Teacher willing to help with your skills, more tools and ideas to reach our students in new ways. Come hold a workshop! Maybe you are a builder or contractor with tools, techniques, and expertise that will enable us to build our new classrooms and toilets plus renovations faster! Maybe you just love kids and want to come to show our kids they are valuable! We welcome any and all visitors. We know that stepping outside of their comfort zone will change their life forever. Maybe they can help us achieve our mission in a personal way. No specific skills are required, just have passion and love for children, youth, women and be social. You must have yearned for a long time to help someone in greatest need. You do not have to be so qualified or experienced to join the project, whether you want to volunteer during your gap year, career break, or vacation you will have a role to play, and your efforts will make a lasting impact. We believe in the power of partnership and that together we are stronger! We learn from each other, discerning God’s leading for our country and its communities and neighborhoods at the present moment. We partner to develop resources together. And we seek consensus, so that united we can work for the good of the society where God has placed us
