Hi European Youth (HEY!) is a social enterprise dedicated to empowering young people in three key areas:

#1 TALENT: We help them discover their potential and develop emotional, social, and ethical skills, guiding them to find a purpose in life and work.

#2 PARTICIPATION: We foster active engagement in society and decision-making.

#3 IMPACT: We prepare them to enter the job market and develop key skills and competencies that enable them to create a positive societal impact through their work.

At HEY!, we want young people to have a purpose that gives meaning to their lives and be aware of their important role in society. We are committed to providing training experiences, organizing events, and offering guidance to foster young people’s personal and professional growth. Additionally, we aim to create synergies with organizations working with youth, helping them turn their ideas into fundable projects that serve as a boost, allowing them to improve the quality of education they provide.
