Hackney Council for Voluntary Service

Hackney CVS provides a partnership of local youth organisations with the key skills, knowledge and resources to respond to the needs of their youth people. Our Youth Programme is uniquely placed to deliver partnership approaches which require the buy in and participation of a wide network of stakeholders. Our projects include:

*Young People's Stop and Search Monitoring Group: training youth leaders to deliver Know Your Rights Workshops and to build relations between young people and the police.

*Talent Match Hackney: A partnership of six local youth providers supporting long-term unemployed young people age 18 to 24 into work.

*Brighter Futures Mentoring Programme: a community-based mentoring programme supporting boys aged 10 to 16.
