Gurigongo Symposium

Gurigongo Symposium is a non-governmental organization with more than 15 years of experience of managing various projects, e.g. producing performances, working in cooperation with several institutions, theatres or schools through different projects in Slovakia and abroad. It operates as a base for cooperation of artists, professionals, groups and institutions from diverse fields – the arts, culture, humanities, various educational institutions etc., on initiatives and actions pursuing creativity, education and interdisciplinary programs and through contemporary culture. In all our activities, special attention is given to non-formal education: by enabling teachers and the young to obtain creative experience, we bolster their key personal, professional, social and civic skills.
The organization is involved in several areas of activity:
-Vekker Theatre In Education (TIE) Company – Preparation and put on theater-educational programs for elementary and secondary schools and for adults.
