We believe in change, we believe in people. That was the initial motive that led us to create GO Development. Our trajectory has always been linked to people and their growth, team management and emotional intelligence. With more than 20 years of experience in the educational world, creating projects, teaching and managing people, we created GO to give shape to everything we have learned, including the corporate world and the growth of teams.

Our areas of expertise are Educational Coaching, with our own program validated in Spain and Latin America; Team, Corporate and Personal Coaching, and the creation of customized training plans in the areas of health, wellness, team development, organizational strategy, Communication and Leadership.

Since 2018 we accompany organizations throughout Spain in the growth and development of their teams by implementing training programs with customized content, materials and delivery. At GO we believe in coaching as an experiential and experiential learning method that achieves learning from questions, encouraging critical thinking, self-awareness and the creation of spaces that foster empathy, listening and collective growth.

To trust us is to face a change or a desire for things to be different, we are committed to the transmission of knowledge and co-creation as a tool to move the world, being demanding, proactive and consistent with the projects we lead.

Currently our team is made up of 4 permanent employees and has a network of external collaborators specialized in different areas with whom we maintain a stable professional relationship. The fact of having professionals from different fields and with extensive backgrounds allows us to address different types of projects, achieving both the growth of the organization and the constant co-creation.

As new Erasmus+ participants our goal is to add and offer our experience and knowledge, building bridges that create rich, quality and sustainable learning environments.
