GLOBAL UNION FOR INNOVATIONS, DEVELOPMENT AND EDUCATION

GLOBAL UNION FOR INNOVATION, DEVELOPMENT AND EDUCATION (GUIDE) was founded by people with passion about the educational process, both as learners and as trainers.
Our main goal is to provide innovative education to the target groups.
Our interests are mainly in the field of trainings for soft skills, communication skills, teamwork, decision-making, time management and more. Additionaly, we have interest and experience in the field of technology and other important labor market areas too.
In our opinion education is the right way for solving the problems of the following groups:
- 15 - 19 years old people - basic knowledge needed in order to choose appropriate profession;
- 19 – 26 years old people - dealing with the high rate of youth unemployment through practical oriented trainings;
- 26 - without limitation - lifelong learning - key account the dynamics of the modern world; challenges of everyday work environment and enhance the feeling of fulfillment;
- minority groups - integration through trainings; skills and competencies to help the groups integrate into society.

Members of GUIDE had participation in the yearly conference Business in Practice, organised by AIESEC Bulgaria (the biggest international student organization). Public lectures in front of students from several universities in Sofia (capital city of Bulgaria) and several universities in different cities in the country.
We had several participations in international projects in the field of using alternative media in the communities as a tool to handle community issues, realized in Delcevo, Macedonia and Intercultural diversity, realized in Trabzon, Turkey. GUIDE was a partner in a following approved projects by Erasmus+ K1- Contact Making Seminar New prospects for Minorities and Inclusive Europe and Climb the summit friendship, 2 more projects related with unemployment of youths, NEETS groups and entrepreneurship, and 2 more related with Global Educaion.
GUIDE have consulted the team of 9 Academy for the educational program in the field of new media. 9 Academy is educational project for young people (18 – 30 years old).

The members of the Executive Board of GUIDE have experience in NGOs as key persons. For instance: AIESEC Bulgaria, EESTEC (IEEE), Bulgarian Public Relations Society, Bulgarian Business Leaders Forum, Association of Young Psychologist in Bulgaria “4th April”, Student Council of Technical University, “Youth Innovation and Information Society “AB.
They also have experience as lecturers and trainers. Ivan Stankov, the President of GUIDE, has been Assistant Professor and PhD in Computer Science in the Technical University Sofia for 7 years and Vice-Director of National Professional Training Center. He is a students` mentor by project Students` training financed be European Social fund. Almost 2 years he worked at State agency for Information Technologies and Communications in innovations and project management division. He is a founder of the first Bulgarian entrepreneur NGO – “Start Up”. He was a mentor of team, reached local finals in International Competition “Imagine Cup” organized by Microsoft. He had a specialization in the area of Project Management Universitat de A Coruna, Spain by Erasmus program. A representative of Bulgaria in the international program of the Federal Ministry of Economy of the Federal Republic of Germany for cooperation between Bulgarian and German business. Member of the Advisory Council on Youth Affairs under the Ministry of Youth and Sports for NEETs, A trainee of the permanent committee of Management of Euro Funds in the National Assembly of the Republic of Bulgaria Member of Sofia Youth Council, advising the Mayor of Sofia , Project Manager of "Education and business hand in hand" , Co-founder of the national project "Business in Action" (2006) aims to connect young people and business, Working in a group assisting the temporary committee of the National Assembly of the Republic of Bulgaria, which helps to propose concrete measures and prepare a program that improves the lives of students in the campus
He also participated in 4 training courses realized in Delcevo, Macedonia (April 2014) and in Trabzon, Turkey (May 2014), in Potenza, Italy (August 2015), Petrosani, Romania (November 2015)

The administrative secretary was Educational Manager at M3 College, the first and only full licenced center for professional education in PR, Marketing and Business Communications, from January 2011 to January 2014. Now she is PR consultant and trainer in the field of PR, New media, Persuasive communication, etc.
The Vice- President has a experience over 2 years in organizing European championships, international congresses and conferences etc.
