In addition, the association publishes a periodical titled geoCED, which features popular science articles aimed at fostering geographic literacy. A notable achievement of CED is the publication of a Geography Education book, which was prepared in collaboration with the Ministry of National Education.
The association's members have been actively involved in a variety of projects, such as the "Evaluation of Educational Programs of the Faculty of Tourism: Anadolu University Example," "Determination of the Elements of Variety in Flavor in Turkey," "The Effect of Creative Drama Method on Student Achievement and Retention in Tourism Education and Teaching: The Case of Hotel Management Course," and "Perceived Image, Satisfaction, and Loyalty Maps of Cappadocia Tourism Region: Investigation of the Spatial Perspective of Destination Image, Tourist Satisfaction, and Tourist Loyalty."
CED is also a partner in the Erasmus+ project Antifragile Young Entrepreneurs for Sustainable Rural Tourism (Yes for Rural Tourism), coded 2021-1-TR01-KA220-YOU-000028958. Moreover, key figures within the association provide training on digital material development and course design for geography teachers, both through the Ministry of National Education and CED itself. The association has also organized workshops for educators at numerous national and international symposiums, further demonstrating its commitment to advancing geography education.
We are currently looking for a coordinating institution for an Erasmus+ KA220 YOU project titled "Creative Tourism Entrepreneurship".
