GENC GIRISIM EGITIM GENCLIK VE SPORTS CLUB “Young Initiative Education, Youth, And Sports Club Association” was registered in March 2015. The organization's activities are focused on six aspects relevant to youth development:
* develop of IT technologies and IT learning methods
* develop education opportunities
* intercultural integration
* social entrepreneurship
* agriculture-permaculture
* sport
The organization has a big experience as a coordinator and partner in Erasmus+ Strategy Partnership in the fields of youth, school education, and vocational education.
GENÇ GİRİŞİM would like to do a project or be involved in a project in the scope of European Projects at our Association so we'd like to join KA2, KA3, ESC, KA1,and all Youth program projects.

The organization has a big experience as a coordinator and partner in Erasmus+ Strategy Partnership in the fields of youth, school education, and vocational education.

YISC is a Host Entrepreneurs for carrying out a cooperation project in Ankara with the Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs Programme is financed by the European Commission. Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs helps provide aspiring European entrepreneurs with the skills necessary to start and/or successfully run a small business in Europe. New entrepreneurs gather and exchange knowledge and business ideas with an experienced entrepreneur, with whom they stay and collaborate for a period of 1 to 6 months. In this context, it hosted many young people from different countries and sent them to partners in other countries.
Finally, it has direct and practical experience in the analysis, evaluation, or impact assessment of cultural policies at local, regional, national and/or European levels; it can compare and consolidate the existing quantitative and qualitative data and evaluation methods.

Organization members, who are teachers and experts at different organizations, can develop training and seminars in line with the project activities.
-Relevant professional background (the members of the association and mostly teachers, IT specialists)
- Experience in non-formal learning and creative techniques
- Commitment, interest in the topic
- Knowledge about IT education methods
- Practice (training, competitions, coaching, etc.), in the field of IT education methods;
- Experience in writing projects

-Organization of multiplier events through the region and nation;
-Organizing workshops as part of our national and international activities;
-Online seminars and training;
-Collaboration with the directors of different schools, in the same way, a great number of teachers;
-Collaboration with a number of universities in Turkey; Genç Girişim is Host Entrepreneurs for carrying out a cooperation project in Ankara, Turkey with the Erasmus + for Young Entrepreneurs Programme.

Our association is trying to create a youth policy that aims to compensate young people including the ones who have economic, educational, social, physical, and geographical obstacles. This policy aims to make applicable projects, apply and sustain them all around the country in order to reintegrate disadvantaged young people who are defined above to society, and compensate them. We have also a number of economically, socially, and geographically disadvantaged groups that we support with a series of educational activities to promote their success in life and at school. As part of our organization activities, we have a large number of members of youngsters who have just graduated from the Vocational Schools and have not proceeded to their careers yet.
We are in close collaboration with the top universities in Turkey.
