Young Intelligence Association (GEZİDER) is a youth‑focused NGO based in Iğdır, the easternmost province of Türkiye, and the only officially recognised youth association in the region. Since 2016, GEZİDER has reached thousands of young people from underrepresented and geographically disadvantaged backgrounds through local initiatives and European cooperation.
The organisation works with independent project teams in fields such as education, psychology, technology and digital media. Its members are experienced project coordinators, facilitators and trainers in the Erasmus+ field, and GEZİDER is an active member of both the garagErasmus Foundation and the PRISMA European Network.
GEZİDER designs and implements non‑formal education activities on topics including democracy, social inclusion, green transition, digital literacy, youth employability and media literacy. It supports schools, municipalities and educators with trainings on ICT integration, coding (Scratch, Arduino, algorithmic thinking), project management, NGO regulations and digital content creation.
A distinctive feature of the organisation is its strong orientation towards digital transformation and artificial intelligence. GEZİDER has developed its own secure cloud‑based data system, uses AI‑supported tools for participation tracking and impact analysis, and maintains a digital education archive for members and trainers.
Through these activities, GEZİDER promotes active citizenship, equal opportunities and intercultural dialogue, empowering young people with 21st‑century competences and proving that when one member dreams, the whole team acts.
