Fries en Fruitig

Located in the heart of Friesland, the Netherlands, Fries & Fruitig is a unique venue that combines nature, creativity, and connection. We offer an inspiring environment for groups who want to learn, grow and collaborate in a relaxed, outdoor-oriented setting.

Our site provides comfortable accommodation for 30–100 participants, with indoor training spaces, large outdoor areas and full catering options. Surrounded by water, greenery and fresh air, it’s an ideal place for international youth exchanges, training courses, and group retreats.

We believe in learning through experience, whether that’s through team-building, outdoor workshops, or shared moments around the campfire. In 2024, we proudly hosted the European Mindset Erasmus+ youth project, welcoming participants from across Europe for workshops on mental health and personal development.

Our team is enthusiastic about collaborating with organisations that focus on youth empowerment, sustainability, wellbeing and creativity. With a flexible and open-minded approach, we love to co-create programmes that leave participants inspired and connected to themselves, to others and to nature
