Forumul Academic Diplomatic

The Academic Diplomatic Forum is a Romanian youth-focused non-governmental organisation dedicated to developing the next generation of civic, diplomatic and international leaders.

Our mission is to make diplomacy, negotiation, debate, international relations and democratic participation more accessible to young people, especially students and early-career professionals. We organise educational programmes, simulations, workshops, public events and international networking opportunities that help participants build practical skills in communication, leadership, conflict resolution, critical thinking and cooperation.

FAD develops activities inspired by formats such as Model United Nations, Model European Union, NATO simulations, negotiation training, debate clubs and public diplomacy initiatives. We aim to connect young people with experts, institutions, universities, civil society organisations and international partners in order to create meaningful learning experiences and long-term cooperation.

Through SALTO-YOUTH, we are looking to build European partnerships, exchange good practices, participate in youth projects and contribute to initiatives that strengthen democratic values, intercultural dialogue, active citizenship and youth empowerment.
