Fare Comunità is a non-profit provincial consortium established in 2010 thanks to the joint work of the Ravenna social co-operation system and professional training institutions.
The consortium's objective are: 1) encouraging processes of employment and social inclusion of people with greater difficulty to integrate into the community; 2) developing projects and innovation in welfare policies.
The consortium aims at acting as a "promoter of trust" to create links and connections among different economic and social networks, and to develop the social capital and social cohesion of the community.
To meet these objectives, Fare Comunità works to:
- Create partnership to support local growth projects, starting from the employment and social inclusion of socially vulnerable groups.
- Facilitate the access to employment for people with disabilities and living through social difficulties both on the side of work cooperatives and on that of employment and profit companies and on social companies of job placement.
- Support corporate social responsibility courses; prepare corporate social reports and Code of ethics, together with Public bodies as well as private parties.
- Play a role in planning, research and organizational/management support on topics of local sustainable development and social cohesion, citizen participation in the construction of community welfare by promoting the results at local level.
- Manage complex and integrated projects and services: S.I.I.L., monitoring body of social economics, social network, social centers, organization of joint activities.
With this project we would like to strengthen and promote the use of ACC in schools.
