FamiliBase

FamiliBase is a centre for children, young people and families based in Ballyfermot. FamiliBase’s continuum of care includes a Youth Work Programme, Substance Misuse Programme, Arts Programme, Child Welfare Programme, Teen Parent Support Programme, Parenting Programmes and Childcare/ Early Years’ Service

FamiliBase works directly with 460 children and 310 families in Ballyfermot. The families we work with are impacted by a range of issues. Addiction and its accompanying issues e.g. mental health, homelessness and poverty form a large proportion of the families we work with.

We provide services to children affected by parental substance misuse, parental mental health, teen parents, young men at risk and remembers of the traveller community.
