FACK e.V.

FACK e.V. is an east-german youth network, focusing on activiting youth communities at the hyper-rural level, generating 12,000+ participation moments in 2024.

Primarily funded by philanthropy, we operate the 450 m² FACKtory youth centre and 8+ rural hubs, while managing a coaching program, weekly community meetings, coaching, and creative initiatives. Our method combines youth empowerment, community organising, and democratic participation. We support young people to design and implement their own ideas, collaborate with municipalities, and strengthen social cohesion in rural areas.

By 2028, our scaling strategy will see FACK present in each east-german Bundesland with 14 FTE employees.

FACK is a youth organisation with a board limited to individuals under 27.

We work with young people from the age of 8-30.
